PRINT-ON-DEMAND/DROP-SHIP
I am using a print-on-demand service for most of the items you see in the store. This allows me to create and share my work in the products you see on this website without the hassle of many aspects of being an online retailer. Unfortunately this does create obstacles in solving certain problems that may arise when making purchases from my website. Please read below for detailed information on making a purchase.
BAD PRINTS AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is obviously printed poorly or defective, contact me as soon as possible with photos of your item as I do not oversee the print quality personally. If there is something wrong I can forward a complaint and do my best to get you a replacement item.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
If for any reason you wish to make a change to an order, please contact me as soon as possible as I can make adjustments where necessary as long as it is caught on time. However, if the item purchased is fulfilled by the print-on-demand service, the item belongs to you.
NO RETURNS
I do NOT accept returns. All sales are final. If the product is damaged, defective or printed poorly, please message me your grievance as I may be able to solve the issue. However, I currently do not have the infrastructure to maintain an inventory of my own. Most but not all items are facilitated by the print-on-demand service I currently use so once fulfillment is processed the item is yours. If you do not wish to keep the item, if you are capable, I encourage you to sell the item yourself or give it away to someone who may appreciate and enjoy it.
COMMISSIONS
As much as I love hearing suggestions and will sometimes do them, I am focusing on self expression. I make what I enjoy making and I do not openly participate in commission work.
